How fast can you be on site?

How do we report a problem out of hours?
Call our 24-hour line and you are triaged straight away: a ticket is raised against your site and the right technician is assigned, without waiting for an office to open. Anything graded an emergency is escalated to a technician already on shift.
Will anyone know we have pest control officers visiting?
No. We visit at times convenient to you, including evenings for daytime businesses, and the service is discreet and confidential from first call to final report.
Do you handle multi-site contracts?
Yes. Nightshift supports local authorities and commercial groups on some of the country's largest multi-site contracts, with a single accountable contact coordinating every site.
What documentation do we receive?
A written report after every visit, issued the same day, with RAMS and COSHH documentation available for your compliance files and audit support whenever you need it.
Are your technicians vetted?
All technicians are DBS checked prior to deployment, and the team holds the rigorous security clearance required for Ministry of Defence and airside work.
How does a retained contract work?
Retained clients pay a monthly flat fee that covers all scheduled visits, with response cover in between. It is the arrangement most of our commercial clients choose.
Can we book a one-off treatment?
Yes. If you believe you have a pest problem we can complete a one-off treatment. Some pest types need more than one visit to resolve fully, and we will tell you that up front.
Are businesses required to have pest control in place?
Some businesses are legally required to maintain pest control under legislation including the Food Safety Act 1990. Our specialists advise on your obligations during every visit.
