The pest pressure follows the food, and in a venue the food arrives in enormous quantity, is consumed in ninety minutes and leaves as waste. What is left behind under fixed seating and in service corridors is a feeding opportunity that no amount of cleaning entirely removes. How we work this environment

Out-of-hours is our standard shift, not a surcharge. We work the venue overnight between fixtures and around load-in and load-out, so treatment never collides with an event, a broadcast or a public opening.

What makes this environment different.

One inspection, many licences

Every concession, kitchen and bar is its own food business in the eyes of an environmental health officer. A single rodent sighting in a shared service corridor can put a rating at risk across multiple operators at once, including tenants you do not directly control.

The event calendar is the constraint

There is no closing week. Treatment has to fit between the last steward leaving and the first delivery arriving, and any programme that needs the venue empty for a day is a programme that never gets run.

Seating voids and structural traps

Fixed seating, terracing voids and cable runs create continuous, undisturbed harbourage directly above and below the areas the public occupies. These are the places routine cleaning cannot reach and where an infestation establishes unseen.

Reputation moves faster than the treatment

Fifty thousand people carry cameras. A rodent on a concourse is a story before the shift ends, and the damage lands on the venue brand rather than on the concession operator who caused it.

Compliance & evidence

Programmes are built to satisfy the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Standards Agency's Food Hygiene Rating Scheme across every food unit in the venue, with a written report issued the same day so concession operators, the venue's own compliance team and any visiting officer are all working from the same record. RAMS and COSHH documentation is supplied for the site file, and technicians are DBS checked before deployment.

Can you work around our fixture list?

Yes, and it is the normal way we run a venue. Scheduled visits are planned around the calendar and the reactive cover sits in between, so a sighting on a matchday does not wait until the following week.

Who receives the reports: us or the concession operators?

Whoever you need. We report to the venue's compliance team as standard, and can issue unit-level detail to individual operators so each food business holds evidence for its own rating.

How quickly can you attend during an event?

Anywhere in London within thirty minutes, any hour. Technicians are already out on shift rather than on call from home, which is the difference between a discreet intervention and a public one.

Do you handle bird control on the roof and stands?

Yes, both proofing and falconry. Our bird team are among the most experienced deterrent installers in the country and work at all heights, and we fly our own hawks to clear roofs and stands where netting is impractical.
