Stock loss is the visible cost

Gnaw damage to packaging and contamination of product write off stock directly, and in a food or pharmaceutical supply chain a single contaminated pallet can condemn far more than itself.

Audits are unannounced and pass or fail

Retailer and BRC-aligned audits examine the pest control file as a matter of routine. An incomplete record is a non-conformance regardless of whether an actual pest was ever present.

Racking is perfect harbourage

Pallet racking creates thousands of undisturbed voids at height, and stock rotation rarely disturbs the ones that matter. Infestations establish out of sight and out of reach of routine inspection.

The doors are open all day

Loading bays, shutter doors and dock levellers are permanent entry points during operating hours, which makes proofing and monitoring at the perimeter more important than treatment inside.

Documentation is prepared for audit rather than for our own files: written reports the same day, trend data across visits, RAMS and COSHH on request, and BRC-aligned support for sites supplying retail. Rodenticide use follows CRRU stewardship and our field biologists advise where a non-toxic approach is appropriate.

Will your reporting satisfy a BRC audit?

Reports are written to serve as due diligence evidence, with each visit, finding, recommendation and action recorded. We can also supply RAMS, COSHH and insurance documentation for the audit pack on request.

Can you monitor without using rodenticide inside the building?

Yes, and for many food and packaging sites that is the right specification. Monitoring, proofing and non-toxic approaches take priority, with rodenticide used in a targeted way and in line with CRRU stewardship.

Do you cover multiple distribution sites?

Yes. Multi-site estates run under one agreement with per-site frequencies set by risk rather than a flat template, one escalation path and consolidated reporting.
