Vetting governs who can attend

Restricted and sensitive sites limit the pool of personnel who may work there at all, and an unvetted contractor becomes an escort burden rather than a resource.

The estate is rarely one building

Public sector contracts typically span dozens of sites of different types and ages under one agreement, with wildly different pest profiles and access regimes.

Evidence is contractual, not optional

Service records, RAMS, insurance and vetting evidence are part of the deliverable. An incomplete file is a contractual failure independent of whether the pest work succeeded.

Historic public buildings bring timber risk

Much of the public estate is old, listed or both, which introduces woodworm and timber decay alongside conventional pest pressure and constrains what may be applied.

Pest control services are commonly published under CPV code 90922000, and our procurement record is published rather than supplied on request: company number, VAT, accreditation certificate numbers with expiry dates, and the full insurance schedule. Technicians are DBS checked before deployment and hold the security clearance required for restricted work.

Are you set up to tender?

Yes. Our procurement page publishes the supplier record, accreditations with certificate numbers, the insurance schedule and the documentation available, so a bid team can complete most of a pre-qualification questionnaire without contacting us.

What clearance do your technicians hold?

All technicians are DBS checked before deployment and the team holds the rigorous security clearance required for restricted and airside environments. We are entrusted with Ministry of Defence buildings in London and across England.
