Compliance framework

How the work is governed.

The methodology, legislation and standards our programmes are built against.

01

Integrated Pest Management

Programmes built on exclusion, proofing and monitoring first, with treatment targeted rather than routine. Field biologists advise on the sites that need them, and rodenticide use follows CRRU stewardship.

02

Legislation

Work is aligned to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Standards Agency's Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, with support for food businesses working to BRC standards.

03

Standards and certification

BPCA membership and CEPA certification to European standard EN 16636, with RSPH-qualified technicians and CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline registration for supply chain pre-qualification.

04

Social value

Nightshift is an accredited Living Wage employer. Further social value, environmental and equality policies are supplied for tender responses on request.

05

EHO and audit support
